How iKitPro digital products are delivered.

Delivery method
iKitPro products are delivered digitally through course/product access, downloadable PDF files or ZIP files. No physical shipment is provided.
Delivery time
After successful payment, access is usually available immediately or within a short processing time through your account, order page or email confirmation.
Access problems
If you cannot access your files, check your email, spam folder and account dashboard. If the problem continues, contact support@ikitpro.com.
File compatibility
PDF files can be opened with common PDF readers. ZIP files must be unzipped on your computer or compatible device before use.
