Digital product access

iKitPro products are digital files and digital access products. Because customers can receive immediate access to PDF files and protected content, refunds are limited once access or download has started.

When refunds may be available

• Duplicate purchase by mistake.
• Technical access problem that we cannot fix after support contact.
• Wrong file delivered and not corrected.
• Other cases required by applicable consumer law.

When refunds are normally not available

• You changed your mind after receiving immediate access/download.
• You already downloaded or accessed the digital content and the product was delivered correctly.
• You expected a different result from an AI tool after using the prompts.
• You redistributed or misused the product files.

EU/UK-style withdrawal notice for digital content

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, you may lose the standard withdrawal right once performance begins if you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this causes the loss of the withdrawal right, where this exception applies under consumer law.
